How do returns work?Updated a year ago

An order can be returned through our returns portal. If the Buyer has already paid for the products, Yummygums will refund the payment to the Buyer within 30 days after the products have been returned.

• When purchasing products, you have the option to cancel the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. This reflection period starts on the day after receipt of the order.
• During the reflection period, you must handle the product and packaging with care. You will only unpack the products as much as is necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product. If you as a customer exercise your right of withdrawal, you will return the product with all supplied accessories and ∙ if reasonably possible ∙ in the original condition and packaging to Yummygums in accordance with the instructions given by Yummygums.

Refunds

If you have already paid for the products, Yummygums will refund the payment to you within 30 days after the products have been returned.
